For leaders navigating
Where we help
For organisations that need more than another policy: a practical bridge between legal intent, operating models, technology and proof.
01
Connect obligations to journeys, capabilities, systems, controls, evidence and accountable owners, so gaps become visible and action becomes governable.
02
Move from AI principles to a workable governance model: inventory, classification, roles, controls and an implementation roadmap aligned to the EU AI Act.
03
Structure strategy through value streams, capabilities, decision rights and dependencies. This creates a shared view leaders can use to prioritise change.
04
Design ownership, definitions and controls for sustainability and enterprise data, making reporting more reliable and decisions more defensible.
How we work
Establish the decision, regulatory perimeter and evidence standard.
Trace requirements across journeys, capabilities, systems and controls.
Separate material gaps from noise and turn them into sequenced action.
Leave clear ownership, governance and artefacts that continue to work.
“Good governance is not a document.
It is a system of decisions you can explain.”
Our work is designed to survive the handover: usable by the people who own the decisions, controls and evidence after the advisory engagement ends.
The people behind the work
